Frequently asked questions:

How Does The Free Trial Work?

You sign over your first born child and then - okay, just kidding. Just enter an email address and a password and that's it.

How Can I Pay For UXPin?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments.

What Happens When I Cancel A Paid Account?

From your point of view, nothing. Once you cancel your account you’ll simply never be billed again. To cancel your account please just send us email and we'll process your request and then cry in the corner for some period of time.

You can also park your account with a small monthly subscription fee and we'll keep all of your projects & settings.

What Happens When My Trial Ends?

Human sacrifice, dogs and cats living together... mass hysteria! Or, more likely, if you decide you to stay with us, you upgrade to your chosen plan during or after the trial period. Or you could take advantage of our Friends With Benefits Program to extend your trial!

Will UXPin Work With My Computer?

Wait, are you another Amiga user? It was a great machine for its time, but you people need to move on. UXPin requires an up-to-date, modern browser like Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or even - God forbid - Internet Explorer. Of course, since UXPin runs in the browser, it'll work on both Macs and PCs.

Do You Offer Non-Profit And Educational Discounts?

We absolutely do - we love to support nonprofits and academic institutions. If you’re eligible and interested, contact us at hello@uxpin.com and let us know how we can help!

CAN I HOST UXPIN ON MY VERY OWN SERVER?

Would you like us to implement a local version of UXPin on your server(s)? That's not possible yet, but we're working hard to offer you the self hosted option as soon as possible. Send us an e-mail about it and we'll be sure to notify you when we're ready for you.
