Courtney is a UX designer and content strategist with over a decade of experience designing for nonprofits, foundations, and government. Some of her recent clients include Peace Corps, the American Red Cross, The MacArthur Foundation, and the California Air Resources Board.

Courtney leads the user experience team at Forum One. She has presented on UX, design research, content strategy, and design systems at conferences such as The O’Reilly Design Conference, Big Design, DrupalCon, and The Nonprofit Technology Conference.

She holds a B.F.A. from the University of Kansas.

Amy Vainieri is a designer with over a decade of experience in both digital and print. Her career has focused on designing for non-profit, advocacy, and government clients—including Peace Corps, United Way Worldwide, and Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. She held a Fellowship in the Oregon Elections Divisions redesigning election materials for a more improved user experience, and is an advocate for election design reform. Amy has become an advocate for atomic design, with speaking engagements about the topic at several conferences in 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Design from SCAD-Atlanta as well as a Bachelor’s from Emory University.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys watching baseball, listening to podcasts, sewing, and getting outside to hike whenever possible.
