All of our packages are coming from England to every major country in the world.
Delivery price depends on the amount of UXPin kits that you're buying and the destination country. Our prices start at $0 when you buy at least 3 UXPins (offer works for Europe and North America).
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Every order will be sent in maximum 3 working days, counting from the day in which we receive payment.
Below we're presenting approximate delivery time:

Always double check if you provided correct address (if it's company address, we need your company name). We won't be able to help you with the delivery if the address will be insufficient, or plainly wrong.

Remember that your signature will be needed to receive UXPin. DHL will call you to confirm that you're available. Specific terms are subject to DHL policy.

Every package has a tracking number which will be provided to you by e-mail. Please check where is your package.
